About Steiner Navigator 7x30C Binocular With Compass
The Navigator 7x30 C Binocular with Compass from Steiner was designed and engineered for the hydrosphere, whether the offing or the deep-sea of the salty brine, or a fresh water lake or river or estuary, a shoal or a sound. This binocular has fins and scales; metaphorically speaking of course. An integrated Analog LX Precision Compass with a bearing mark reticle aids in direction and navigation. Sturdy waterproof construction down to 2m is achieved via special sealing technologies that also keep out the dust, dirt and humidity. A fog-free viewing and moisture protected performance is furnished by the two-valve system of dry nitrogen pressure filling. Makrolon fiber reinforced polycarbonate bodies with rubber armoring make the Navigator rugged, shock resistant and slip-proof. The weight is evenly balanced and the 7-times magnification effectively stabilizes the binocular, providing a firm hold and a stable image. Individual eye Sports-Auto-Focus with diopter adjustment and soft silicone cylindrical eyecups allows comfort and customized viewing. This binocular lives up to the Steiner legacy. AAoV of 49.4 Steiner's High-Contrast-Optics provide bright, high-contrast, sharp images and natural color definition SEBS rubber armoring is a soft, silicone rubber material that is slip-proof, noiseless and shock-absorbing Floating prism mountings are fixed with a durable, flexible silicone material that remains precise for decades Cylindrical eyecups made of a soft, smooth silicone reduces discomfort and chaffing during long viewing sessions Sports-Auto-Focus individual focusing with dioptric adjustment for individual eye customization from 20 m to infinity Special sealing technologies prevent dust, dirt and humidity from penetrating into the binoculars. They are water resistant to 6.6' or 2 m Nitrogen-filled 2-way-valve technology eliminates internal fogging and makes inspection, service and maintenance possible after years of use A built-in Analog LX Precision Compass with a bearing mark reticle is well stabilized by fluid dampening. The compass is illuminated by pressing a side button Luminosity of 18.4 and a Twilight Factor of 14.5 Temperature range of -4 to 158F / -20 to +70C
